Dental Impression Kits are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee that your impression will be approved. The customer is responsible for taking a good impression that we can approve.
Refunds are only given if a customer is not happy with the finished mouthguard, and it cannot be fixed or remade.
Returns (if applicable)
